David S. Ebeling, 83, of Franklin, formerly of Holliston, MA, and Seminole, FL, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He was the devoted husband of Bonnie (Benoit) Ebeling.
In addition to his wife, David is survived by his beloved daughters, Kelly Clark and her husband Burton of Tolland, CT, and Kristen Morganelli and her husband Patrick of Norfolk; and his four cherished grandchildren: Hayley Clark and her fiancé Timothy Wilson, Kendall (Clark) Allanach and her husband Tyler, David Morganelli, and Mia Morganelli. He also leaves behind his siblings, Raymond Ebeling and his wife Bonnie, Dorothy Aycock, and Stephen Ebeling and his wife Janet, as well as many loving nieces and nephews.
Born in Framingham, David was the son of the late Edgar and Rosemary (Seymour) Ebeling. He was raised and educated in Framingham before attending Northeastern University, where he earned a degree in industrial engineering.
David proudly served in the United States Air Force, achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant.
He spent the later part of his career at Jabil Circuit Company in St. Petersburg, FL, before retiring. In retirement, he enjoyed winters in Florida, sailing, traveling, and, most of all, spending time with family and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, May 13, in the Pickering & Son Upton Funeral Home, 45 Main Street, Upton. Burial with military honors will follow at Lakeview Cemetery, Upton.
Calling hours will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. on Monday, May 12, in the funeral home.
