Listen to Obituary

Richard Quinn, 62, passed peacefully on August 18, 2025, at home surrounded by love after an illness. He leaves behind the love of his life for 35 years Laura Hebb and their son Logan Quinn. Rich was pre-deceased by their youngest son Austin.

Rich was born in Kingsport, TN, son of W. Richard Quinn and Patricia (McAmis) Quinn. He graduated from Milford High School and held a Bachelors Degree. He spent his career as a self-employed General Contractor whose perfectionism and attention to detail earned him the loyalty of his customers.

Rich lived life like he rode his R1, full throttle and preferably on one wheel. He cherished the time spent with his family. When the kids were growing up, he would be found weekends at the boys’ motocross races, their basketball or baseball games, or shooting rifle, trap, or pistol competitively. His laughter and love of the unexpected practical jokes were legendary. Those who were lucky enough to call him family or friend always knew Rich had their back, would move heaven and earth for them, and were blessed to enjoy his unwavering love and support.

Rich also leaves behind his sister Edith (Craig) Jones, Laura’s mother Carol Hebb, her sister Cheryl (Kenneth) Provencher, many nieces and nephews, and Laura’s favorite sister-in-law Jennifer (Eric) Visbeek whose unwavering support and assistance will always hold a special place in Laura’s heart.

Richard’s services were held privately.
