John W. Creed

John William Creed, 75, of Milford, passed away November 18, 2019 after a long, brave battle with Parkinson’s Disease.

John was born July 21, 1944, the middle child of three boys, and he was predeceased by his parents, Roland and Mary Creed and his brother Richard Creed. He graduated from Nipmuc High School in Upton in 1962. He was married to his beloved wife, Sandra, in 1964.

John is survived by his cherished family; his wife of 55 years, Sandra; his daughter and son-in-law Tammy and Brad Bonnell of Milford; his son and daughter-in-law Corey and Sandy Creed of Tavares, Florida; his granddaughters and their husbands, Rebecca and Gregory Selby of Millbury and Kayla and Joshua Souliere of Milford; his brother Paul Creed of Worcester; along with many dear and lifelong friends.

John worked most of his life as a machinist. He had a great sense of humor and a contagious laugh, he loved music and food. John’s great joy in life was his family. He was a loyal and devoted husband, father, and grandfather. His greatest joy in life, though, was his whole-hearted dedication as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. He loved teaching others about his God, Jehovah, and he was an outstanding example of unwavering faith until the very end.

John’s funeral will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses at 120 Plain St. Hopedale, MA.
