Obituary
Mary T. Delaney, 78, of Worcester, and formerly of Upton, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at her home at Christopher Heights Assisted Living.
Born in Pottsville, PA, she was a daughter of the late John and Birnie (Bocquin) Delaney and was raised and educated in Connecticut.
Miss Delaney enjoyed reading, knitting and visiting with her friends.
Mary is survived by her advocate and friend, Audra Collins of Holden, and a niece and nephew. She is predeceased by her siblings, John Delaney and Joan Shanahan.
A graveside service will be held at 1 PM on Friday, September 1, in Lakeview cemetery, North Main St. Upton.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be sent to Christopher Heights Assisted Living activities department.
