Shirley Cote Obituary

Shirley (Labbe) Cote, 83, of Upton, passed away peacefully on December 23rd , 2021. Wife of 25 years to the late Richard W. Cote. Daughter of the late Marguerite Juliette (Lacasse) Labbe and Liniere (Jack) Labbe of Lewiston, Maine. Sister to the late Roger Labbe. Shirley is survived by her sister Constance (Labbe) Reynolds of Lewiston, Maine.

Shirley is the mother of Elizabeth, Gary, Robert, Diane (predeceased), and Deborah. She was blessed with twelve grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

Although Shirley is no longer with us in the physical world, she will live forever in our hearts. Her strength, tenacity, artistic eye for design, hairdressing skills, love of animals, and family devotion will be passed on for generations to come.

At the family’s request, there are no funeral home visiting hours. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association 225 N. Michigan Ave., Fl. 17, Chicago, IL 60601
